What Information Should I Bring?

To best assist you with your family legal matters and for the purposes of obtaining legal aid, you should have the following documents:

  • Proof of identification

  • Court papers (if applicable)

  • Proof of income such as notices of assessment and paystubs

  • Marriage Certificate

  • Bank account records

  • Proof of bills and monthly expenses

  • House deeds

  • Costly medical records

  • Any other documents that you may deem important for your case
